Estimate seed profit, crop value, ROI, profit per minute, profit per hour, and break-even cycles using your own
Grow a Garden 2 values. Use it as a seed value calculator or seed prediction planning tool when comparing
seed plans from your own checked inputs.
Enter values from your current game session. The calculator runs in your browser, does not require login,
and does not store personal data. It does not pull from a developer-run seed database; the estimate comes
from the numbers you enter.
Estimate
Example values only. They are not verified Grow a Garden 2 seed or crop data.
Example Result Explained
The default example uses seed cost 100, average sell value 160, harvest count 1, growth time 10 minutes,
mutation multiplier 1, and pet bonus multiplier 1. With those example inputs:
Gross value: 160.
Net profit: 60.
ROI: 60%.
Profit per minute: 6.
Profit per hour: 360.
Break-even: 1 cycle.
These are example values for showing how the calculator works. They are not verified Grow a Garden 2 seed data,
and they should not be copied as current in-game values.
How to Compare Two Seeds
Use the same input rules for both seeds so the comparison is fair. If one setup uses a bonus and the other
does not, label that clearly before you decide which plan is stronger.
Enter Seed A seed cost, average sell value, harvest count, and growth time.
Record ROI, profit per minute, profit per hour, and break-even cycles.
Enter Seed B with the same style of inputs.
Compare the outputs side by side before switching your farm plan.
Choose by play session
For short play sessions, profit per minute is usually the clearest signal. For longer farming sessions,
compare total profit, harvest count, and break-even cycles. If two results are close, choose the seed that
is easier to verify, more stable across tests, and lower risk to replace.
How to Use This as a Seed Predictor
Treat seed predictor and seed prediction as planning language. This tool helps compare possible seed
plans, but the output is an estimate for decision-making, not a promised result.
Enter expected harvest value as a cautious average.
Enter harvest count for the plan you are comparing.
Enter growth time for the same harvest count.
Use mutation, pet, or gear bonus only when the effect is checked for that setup.
Compare the plan
After the estimate updates, compare net profit, ROI, profit per minute, profit per hour, and break-even
cycles. If two seed plans are close, test both with the same bonus state and then review the
reported seed candidates and tier 2 list reading guide.
How to Use This Calculator Before Switching Seeds
Start with multiplier 1 if no bonus is checked.
Enter conservative seed cost and average sell value.
Compare one seed setup against another.
Only add mutation, pet, or gear multiplier when you know the effect.
Use the result as a planning estimate, not copied game data.
How the Calculator Works
The calculator uses simple formulas so you can see what is happening. It does not pull data from Roblox, does
not know hidden game values, and does not treat community reports as official. You provide the current values,
and the browser calculates a planning estimate.
Gross value: average sell value x harvest count x mutation multiplier x pet bonus multiplier.
Net profit: gross value - seed cost.
ROI: net profit / seed cost x 100.
Profit per minute: net profit / growth time in minutes.
Profit per hour: profit per minute x 60.
Break-even cycles: seed cost divided by gross value, rounded up. If gross value is zero or the setup is not profitable, break-even shows N/A or Not profitable.
Seed Cost and Sell Value
Seed cost is the value you spend before the crop earns anything. Average sell value is what you expect one
harvest to return before multipliers. If your crop value changes because of size, mutation, market mechanics,
or update changes, use a conservative average and label it as an estimate in your own notes.
Mutation and Pet Bonus Estimates
Multipliers can make results look much stronger, so they should be handled carefully. Use 1 when no bonus is
included. If a mutation or pet bonus is only community reported, try a low estimate first and compare it with a
no-bonus run. The pets guide explains why exact pet effects should be verified.
Profit per Minute and ROI
ROI shows how much profit you earn compared with the seed cost. Profit per minute adds time to the decision.
A crop can have a good ROI but still be slow if growth time is high. Active players often care about profit per
minute, while longer sessions may care more about total profit and break-even cycles.
What This Calculator Cannot Predict
Game behavior it cannot see
Hidden mechanics or server-side changes.
Unverified mutation, pet, or gear effects.
Values that changed after an update.
Garden layout, stealing, weather, or event interactions.
Data it does not provide
The calculator does not replace in-game verification and does not provide a developer-run seed database.
Use it after you have seed cost, expected harvest value, harvest count, growth time, and any checked bonus
inputs.
Calculator Limitations
This calculator is a planning tool, not an official simulator. It does not account for every possible event,
weather effect, market change, garden layout issue, stealing mechanic, gear interaction, or future update.
Results are estimates and not official. Confirm important values in-game before spending rare seeds, pets, or
gears.
Calculator FAQ
Can I use this as a Grow a Garden 2 seed predictor?
Yes, as a planning estimate. Enter seed cost, average sell value, harvest count, growth time, and checked bonuses, then compare the outputs before changing your seed plan.
How do I compare two seeds with this calculator?
Enter Seed A values, record ROI, profit per minute, profit per hour, and break-even cycles, then enter Seed B with the same input style. For short sessions, focus on profit per minute. For longer farming, also compare total profit, harvest count, and break-even cycles.
What values should I enter?
Enter values you can verify in-game: seed cost, average sell value, harvest count, total growth time for the harvest count, mutation multiplier, and pet bonus multiplier.
How is ROI calculated?
ROI is net profit divided by seed cost, then shown as a percentage.
Why can results differ from the game?
Results can differ because in-game values, mutations, pet bonuses, gear effects, and mechanics may change after updates.
Should growth time be one cycle or total harvest time?
Use the total time for the harvest count you entered. If you only know one growth cycle, test one harvest first, then compare multi-harvest scenarios separately.
How should I use mutation and pet multipliers?
Start with 1 when no bonus is checked. Only add mutation or pet multipliers when you know the effect from your current game session.
